Refund Policy

Please read the following carefully, and feel free to enquire if there is anything you would like explained or clarified.

The following information will be included in your commission contract

Deposit Refund

Cancellations made 14 working days prior to your project date will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made later than 14 working days prior to your project date will be refunded half of the deposit amount.

Commission Reshoot or Refund

I am confident you will be more than happy with the photographic images, graphics and / or portfolio that I supply. However, if you are not happy with the results I would like to have the opportunity to re shoot your project / part project.

I will try to make the rescheduling of your photo shoot / shoots as soon as possible and at your convenience. This offer will be available up to 10 working days from the delivery of your project.

If it is not possible to reshoot your commission, i.e, It was a one off event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
